Return Policy:
There should be no need for returning anything since most of the product
is new or nearly new. Returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis. We will return the item only if proven defective or that the wrong item has been shipped.

Grading:
New = still wrapped brand new.
Mint = used but might as well say it is new without wrapping.
VG = Very good may have very few small scratches on disc but will not skip.
G = Good several scratches on disc and insert looks used but still plays correctly.
