Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, simply return the items within 30 days for a refund. Please include a copy of the invoice for fast and accurate service. We can not refund any postage charges.

Grading:
All records are guaranteed. We sell thousands of records every month, and it is not possible to play and grade every record. Our price is not associated to the physical quality of any record. Our price only indicates rarity or collectability. We visually inspect each record, and sell only records that are very good plus to near mint in grade. We do not grade the cover, unless you request us to. Please let us know when you place an order if you have specific requirements, and we will do our best to meet your requests. You are the final inspector, and can return any items not to your satisfaction.
