nearly new = used with hardly visible customs traces
visibly used = slight packs customs traces
strongly used = clearly visible, rougher customs traces

Return Policy
Concerning the commodity of the articles:
In principle the offered records in the shop are used, but of good condition (approx. 30 per cent of the assortment is new commodity). Strongly stressed and/or obviously defective articles are not taken up. If a record should despite quality control playing errors, is wrongly supplied and/or not correctly described, it is taken back naturally. Send these articles back to our package address, settle the calculation with the error description and we refund then the amount clearly or supply replacement. A conversion from others than the above stated reasons is however impossible.
