Return Policy:
All our parcels are sent registered and fully insured, in case of loss you will receive full refund (less than 0.5% of our parcels got lost in the last 15 years).
We only use special thick and new high quality packaging material, so that even the clumsiest mailman will not be able to harm your records, but in the extremely unlikely case of damage your parcel is fully insured.
We are in the music mailorder business for 15 years and we know how disappointing it is to receive wrong or faulty items, so we take greatest effort in grading and packing all our records and CDs. In the very rare case that we do make a mistake (e.g. shipping an item you have not ordered or the item does not meet our description), we will either replace the wrong / faulty item at no extra cost to you (subject to availability) or you will receive full refund including return shipping costs (please note that claims are limited to the total paid by you plus your return shipping costs).
Unfortunately we cannot be held liable when you’ve made a mistake (e.g. ordering the wrong item or similar), should this happen please let us know as soon as any possible (if you cancel your order before it was shipped usually there is no problem at all, although in rare occasions surcharges for retransferring your money may apply).
Generally our aim is to keep you perfectly happy and satisfied, as we want you to become a returning customer.
Please note that all our mailings will have to be signed for when you receive them. This way they are fully insured and will not get lost, we can provide proof of shipping for every parcel or letter. Insurance and registration are included in our shipping rates, we cannot offer other shipping options than given above.

Grading:
Since we're in the business for 15 years and being record collectors ourselves you may expect only the highest level of competence and accuracy in our descriptions and grading.
All items are carefully graded according to Record Collector Magazine Standards:
MINT (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G) The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
THE BELOW IS ONLY VALID FOR REGGAE VINYL (E.G. LP OR 7" SINGLES) MADE IN JAMAICA:
Please note that most Jamaican pressings of Reggae, Dancehall, Rock Steady or Ska vinyl are below industrial standards. Recycled vinyl is commonly used, just as almost antique pressing tools. 95% of our Jamaican vinyl (Reggae, Dancehall, Rock Steady, Ska) is brand new and unplayed product, still a portion of it may have visible and/or audible marks, it may crackle or hiss,...
If you're a frequent buyer of Jamaican pressings you know what I'm talking about (please be assured that our records are not pressed worse than anybody else's, but unfortunately not better either). If you have never bought current Jamaican vinyl pressings before I strongly recommend that you visit a Reggae record shop in your area where you can pre-listen the exact copy you purchase.
Jamaican pressings are marked as "Made in Jamaica" or "Manufactured: JM" in our listings.
THE ABOVE IS ONLY VALID FOR REGGAE VINYL (E.G. LP OR 7" SINGLES) MADE IN JAMAICA, OUR PUNK / NEW WAVE / HEAVY METAL ETC STOCK IS NOT MADE IN JAMAICA, NEITHER ARE OUR REGGAE CDs.
