Return Policy

Lost in mail: USA customers - we will reship another one after 2 weeks have elapsed. International customers - we will reship another one after 2 months have elapsed and after you have personally checked with customs and your local post office.
Damaged items: We will reship another one.
Misshipped items: We will reship the correct item.
You ordered the wrong item: please return it to the address on the packing slip and you will be refunded the cost of the product minus the shipping and the transaction fees (generally around 10%). Customer pays for return shipping if you ordered the wrong item.

Shipping Policies:
We ship Monday - Friday and during the holidays we will ship on Saturdays as well. Once we receive your order and collect payment we will then process your order and will try our best to have it ship the same day or the very next day. We will mark your order as shipped on the day after it has shipped and it was confirmed that it actually shipped in our daily batches.
Please expect your item to arrive in the time stated on the shipping page. If the maximum time has elapsed and you have not received it then please contact us and let us know.
Accepting Payments:
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diner's Club for credit card payments. We also accept PayPal, cash, and money orders. We expect payments to be received within 3 days of your order otherwise we will cancel your order. For payments through the mail system (cash/money order) we will allow up to one month to received your payment before cancelling your order.
