Recorded Delivery (signed for) United Kingdom add ~0.70 to the cost of shipping.

Registered Delivery (signed for) guaranteed next day delivery. United Kingdom add ~3.00.

International (signed for Registered) Europe add ~4.00 to the cost of shipping.

International (signed for Registered) Rest of world add ~6.00 to the cost of shipping.

Returns Policy

Full refund if not entirely happy with purchase. Wherever possible items must be returned by the customer within 14 days.

All orders where possible will shipped the same day as payment is received, if this isn't possible then within 24 hours.
All payments are gratefully accepted. Once the payment has been processed all customer details are shredded. We are a professional company with twenty years experience, we always try to process card payments on the day that the order is received or within 24 hours.

Return Policy:
Full refund if not entirely happy with purchase. Wherever possible items must be returned by the customer within 14 days.
We get a proof of postage certificate for every parcel we post, in the event of a parcel being lost we can claim the costs back from the post office, once that is done we then forward that on to the customer.
If your item is damaged in transit we will apply the rules as if it is lost (see above)
If you order an incorrect item as long as it is returned within 14 days where possible we will provide full refund. The cost of returning the item will have to be paid by you.
If we make a mistake with your order a full refund will be given.
The cost of shipping is paid for by us if it is our mistake, if an item is being returned because it has been ordered incorrectly cost of shipping is to be paid by the customer.

Backorder Policy:
On average it would take two weeks.
The maximum time would be approx four weeks.
Payment will be taken once the item is ready to be shipped.
Backorders will be cancelled if requested.

Grading:
All our used items are graded using the Record collector rare record price guide, see back page of the price guide for glossary of terms. We grade sleeves first and vinyl second.
The highest grading we give to any used item is 'Near Mint'
Near Mint (NM) The record looks nearly new, no surface marks. The cover and any extra items ie lyric sheet or poster are in near perfect condition.
Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of being played. The cover and packaging maybe slightly worn.
Very Good (VG) The record shows obvious signs of being played, there will be some surface marks and maybe even a light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover without major defects.
Good (G) The record will have some mild scratches maybe even some distortion. The cover will suffer from scuffing, spine splits and discolouration.
Fair (F) The record will be in quite bad condition but still playable with a lot of surface noise, it may even jump. The cover could be torn, stained and/or defaced.
Poor (P)The record will not play properly due to scratches and bad surface noise. The cover will be badly damaged or partly missing.
Bad (B) Hopefully you won't ever see anything in our catalogue that has to be graded this low.
