Return Policy:
Usually not a problem, please contact me before returning. I will not pay for the return postage unless it is my error (eg wrong item sent).
Items damaged in the post will not be covered unless recorded delivery used.

Grading:
Mint (M) The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality
Excellent (EX) The record barely shows signs of having been played and there is very little lessening in sound quality
Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but dispays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks
Good (G) The record has obviously seen plenty of action and has noticeably deteriorated, there may be some distortion, clicks or scratches which affect playback intermittently, covers may be torn, stained etc
Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump
CD's either play or don't, some may have light surface marks but will play fine
