Orders are usually posted within 2 working days after payment is received.
All Postage/Shipping charges are (on average) at cost.
Overseas orders are sent Air Mail.
For larger overseas orders we may use surface or parcel post but only after customer agreement.

If any parcel is returned to us because either the buyer failed to collect it,or if the delivery address given by the buyer is incorrect/incomplete, it is the buyers responsibilty to pay for it to be re-posted.

If you wish to by Paypal in a currency other than UK Pounds,
just pay the UK Pound amount and Paypal will automatically convert
the debit from your account or credit card into your own currency.

Return Policy:
A full money back guarantee is offered if:
(a) The item is found to be faulty and cannot be replaced, or
(b) if the item is materially incorrectly described.
(c) The wrong it is sent by us
If in the case of (a),(b)&(c) above, the buyers return postage will be paid if I agree the fault.
Whatever the problem, I will always try to find a solution.

Backorder Policy:
All items listed were in stock at time of sending the catalogue to Musicstack.
(An updated catalogue is sent to Musictack regularly to ensure it is up-to-date as far as possible

Grading:
Where no grading is given the condition will be AT LEAST EX/EX but could be NEW
(using standard Record Collector gradings).
Sleeve graded first, disc second.
Approximately 70%+ of our stock is NEW/UNPLAYED.
Unless otherwise stated all items include original sleeve & other packaging.
