Please note that all records are shipped without Post Office recorded/registered post, I obtain a Certificate of Posting to prove that the item is sent. I would advise that on anything over the value of £15.00 to pay the additional sum for recorded/registered post - It is at the customers risk if they do not wish to select this service, but on large sales it is mandatory to have it.
All my records are sent in purpose mailers with card inserts. If damaged it will be because of careless handling by the PO and whilst this is not my responsibility I will assist in helping the buyer get a refund on the item either at his end or at mine should he ship it back to me. I cannot accept returns if the buyer decides he has made a "mistake" and ordered the wrong item. If I, as the seller, have shipped an incorrect item, I am happy to make a full refund including return postage.
Please also note, as I am now adding a lot of RARE items, I can state that all of these records will be re-checked and played prior to your order being processed, if there is any problems on disc or cover, I will advise you.
I must be contacted within 7 days to discuss order errors and damages to orders, all of which must be returned in original packaging by secure post

Backorder Policy:
I do not accept backorders. However, I do accept requests for locating items for my customers.
CD-R Options are treated at my end as 'Back Orders' - However, The CD-R's are written to order and therefore are not 'In Stock'.
These orders are normally despatched within 7-10 working days
These orders are paid for in advance and cannot be cancelled

Grading:
All items are 2nd hand and considered to be Grade A stock. That said, age of the item MUST be taken into consideration when judging condition of sleeve and record. Condition of items are the opinion of the author only and are sold respecting that statement.
