Gradings & Descriptions
We grade and price our records carefully and try to give as full a description in
the listings as possible.
When an order is received the record is checked to ensure that the condition
and catalogue reference are as listed.
If an item is found to be mislisted we will tell the buyer and offer a revised
deal.
For higher value items we will usually e-mail to explain the exact condition of
items which are not listed as Mint.
Refunds & Returns
We offer a no-quibble, money-back guarantee if you are not completely
satisfied.
We respond individually to every e-mail we receive and appreciate any
feedback regarding our service.
If you need to return an item because it is damaged or faulty follow the
following guidelines:

keep the original packaging if possible (if the item has been broken in the

please keep the pieces in case we need to claim compensation)
return the item to us by surface mail and email to let us know your postage
costs
if you paid by credit card: when we receive the item we will refund your card
with the full amount of the record plus the new postage costs and send you a
receipt
if you paid by cash/cheque: when we receive the item we will send you a
cheque for a full refund including the new postage costs
we will email when your refund is processed

M-Mint - record and sleeve are unmarked and in brand new condition.
EX-Excellent - record shows little sign of being played. Sleeve may be slightly
marked.
VG-Very Good - only rarer records are offered in this category. The record
may be marked with some slight lessening in sound quality. Cover is marked.
G-Good
F-Fair
P-Poor
