THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT WE CAN SEND BY AIRMAIL SMALL PACKET IS A 2KG PARCEL WHICH IS ABOUT 7 to 8 LP's.

We can of course send many items together but over 2KG has to go by PARCELFORCE and amazingly it is MORE EXPENSIVE to send a large shipment in one parcel via PARCELFORCE than it is to send smaller individual packages as small packet rate via the ROYAL MAIL.

If you have your own couriers we are always happy to deal with them.

All items across the world are sent by THE HIGHLY EFFICIENT, RELIABLE AND QUICK ROYAL MAIL.
Top quality packaging is used for all parcels. Please note that 12"s and LPs are much heavier to send than 7"s and CDs, therefore costing more to post.
All international orders are sent via the Royal Mail (if the order weighs less than 2kg), or by Parcel Force (if the order weighs more than 2kg). Doubles count as 2 items.

Grading:
Any listing of mine that has a grading such as EX/EX - the first grading is for the sleeve and the second for the record. In cases were there is just one grading such as EX then that is for the record only and means it is not in pic. sleeve.
All items are graded with slight variations on the theme used by UK Record Collector magazine. A + OR - indicates a slightly above or below the next grading ie VG+ is fairly close to excellent. The Customer is always told by e-mail prior to despatch as to what is actually being sent.
MINT/NEW The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD The record has been heavily played and the sound quality has deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. This condition is rarely used and would only be for something super super rare and was only being bought to fill a collection until a clean copy may possibly, if at all be found.

CDs & CASSETTES As a general rule, CDs and cassettes either play perfectly - in which case they are in Mint condition - or they don't, in which case their value is minimal. Cassette tape is liable to deteriorate with age, even if it remains unplayed, so care should be taken when buying old tapes.
CDs are difficult to grade visually: they can look perfect but actually be faulty, while in other cases they may appear damaged but still play perfectly. Cassette and CD inlays and booklets are graded in the same way as record covers and sleeves. In general, the plastic containers for cassettes and CDs can easily be replaced if they are broken or scratched, but card covers and digipaks are subject to the same wear as record sleeves.
