VINYL GRADING
SS : Still Sealed
M-: Mint Minus : Record is not sealed but is new or played once. Please note that we do not use this grade for records that are used to our knowledge, even if flawless.
EX+: Excellent Plus : This category is for used records that are flawless and like new. Covers of this grade are like new.
EX : Excellent : Record might have clear surface or might have some small marks (paper scuffs or finger marks) that are not audible. In this category and a step down we also use EX- : Excellent Minus: Record has marks (paper scuffs or finger marks) that do not affect the sound quality or produce very little (almost insignificant) lessening to it. Covers of this grade are near Excellent but with a small defect (sometimes barely detectable).
VG+: Very Good Plus : Record is slightly mishandled and displays generally light signs of handling and playing with a relatively small change in sound quality. VG++ and VG+++ are intermediate grades between Excellent and Very Good Plus. Cover has some kind of wear (ringwear or seam split or a small sticker damage) but the whole is really descent.
VG : Very Good : Record is mishandled and has more imperfections than the above grading. It may crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally, never continuously, and not louder than the music being listened to. Cover has normal wear and tear.
G: Good : Record is very mishandled and might have continuous low level crackles, pops, etc., but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the casual listener. Cover has more than normal wear and tear.
Please note that we will try to describe in item description unusual defects like writing, stamps etc. If you feel though you want a more detailed description than the one given, please contact us.
CD Grading
M-: Mint Minus: Cd is new or played once and looks like new.
EX: Excellent : CD is pretty close to new condition. Inserts also. In this category and a step down we also use EX- : Excellent Minus: Cd has small visual defect (maybe small scuff).
VG+: Very Good Plus : CDs of this grade show scuffs that do not affect play. Inserts are descent but have some kind of defect. VG++ and VG+++ are intermediate grades between Excellent and Very Good Plus.
VG: Very Good: CD shows many scuffs and/or wear. We usually test those cds for playback problems. Inserts have visible damage which is usually described in description.
Please note that we do not grade replacable plastic cases so they might have some wear or be like new. Broken or heavily damaged cases are replaced with new ones.

Return Policy
Returns are only accepted for wrong item(s) delivery. In this case we refund item(s) value + shipping costs. All returns must be authorized. Unauthorized returns are not acceptable.
If return of item(s) is requested by buyer for any other reason than a mistake from our side, we will refund product(s) value and not shipping costs, under the condition that the item(s) are received in the same condition that we sent them to the customer. Buyer will have to send records back thru registered mail only and refund will be sent upon arrival of item(s).
Refunds also will be given in case of postal loss but only when items are sent registered and to the maximum of the compensation that the greek post office gives for registered shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages not sent registered or insured.
If your payment needs to be refunded and the reason that caused this is not our fault, you will be charged with 0.30 euros per refund.
Seller Information
Shipping Policies
We only use airmail (registered or standard).
These shipping prices are valid for packages up to 2 kilos (packages up to 2 kilos are posted through letter shipping). A package up to 2 kilos can hold 7-8 records max. If records ordered + packing material is over 2 kilos, package must be shipped through parcel shipping. In this case you will be contacted and asked to pay for parcel shipping cost (parcel shipping is usually more expensive than letter shipping).
Please note that we strongly recommend registered shipping (we also reserve the right to require registered shipping for certain orders). Registered shipping provides tracking number for the package while standard shipping has no tracking means in case of problem. So we recommend registered shipping to avoid possible postal problems and we are not responsible for lost packages not sent registered. For first time customers we are only willing to send anything through registered shipping.
Also note that double records count as two regarding shipping weight, triple as three etc.
For all orders over 20 euros product(s) value, registered shipping is required. No exceptions for this. For expensive items or orders we reserve the right to require insured shipping cost from the buyer. This means that the item(s) will have to be insured for full value. When a package is sent through insured shipping to a non-EU country there is a big possibility that buyer will have to pay customs expenses.
Sometimes an item is proven to be heavier than believed. This is not usual but it can happen, especially with gatefold 60s US pressings or reissues of labels such as Shadoks, Akarma, World In Sound and others (that release albums in heavy cardboard covers and heavy vinyl). If an item + packaging is heavier than postage indicated by the customer and the postage cost exceeds the marked method, you will be notified by email for the extra postage. If you refuse to cover it, the order will be cancelled.
Due to recent problems we do not ship at all through standard shipping to Italy, Brazil and Russia. For those countries only registered shipping is offered. Also shipping to: South America, Central America, Africa and all Asian countries including Middle East (except Japan and South Korea) is required to be registered. We reserve the right to refuse to send through standard shipping to these countries.
Finally we will only send a package to a full and real name. We will not send to small names, nicknames, initials or anything else than a real full name.
Payment Policy
We accept paypal (with an exception for orders from Greece), bank transfer (recommended only for eurozone countries) and cash (euros only) in registered letter. Paypal payments are not accepted from greek buyers (cash on delivery is much better). Paypal payments are required within 7 days from order date. If no payment is received within the 7 days limit, your order will be cancelled. For bank transfer payments, if we do not receive the exact amount asked, the order will not be procceded. Also bank transfer is not recommended for countries that do not use euro as currency.
