** I cannot ship records and CDs together unless CDs are sent without cases ** For Overseas Buyers I can reduce the cost of sending CDs (3 or more) if they are sent without cases. Please let me know which ones you want and I'll quote a price. As a rough guide it is about 3 for the price of one.

I always treat customers as I would expect to be treated myself.
All items paid by PayPal or Cash are sent out on the same day or next working day after confirmation or receipt of payment. I will usually send email confirming that they are in the post.
All items paid by cheque are sent within 7 days.

Return Policy:
For items below £27 I obtain post office receipt which gives up to £27 compensation at the post office's discretion if items are lost or damaged in the post. This is usually enough but if you want recorded delivery, special delivery or registered post for extra security, I can offer these for extra payment.
Items ordered incorrectly cannot be returned so make sure you know what you are ordering - ask me for more info if in doubt.
Items sent incorrectly by myself will be replaced or refunded.
I will pay for return shipping on anything I supply incorrectly.

Backorder Policy:
I don't take backorders.
I only sell what I have in stock.

Grading:
For vinyl 45s / 7" singles / 12" singles / LPs I use the Record Collector magazine & price guide grading system.
I grade vinyl first followed by cover. Plain covers are not graded as these can be easily replaced.
For CD's I use the following grading :-
SEALED = CD is new & still sealed
NEW = CD is new & unplayed (not sealed)
EXCELLENT = CD & inserts in nearly new condition
VERY GOOD = CD has minor surface marks but plays same as new, inserts still very good
GOOD = CD has been well used & has a lot of marks but still plays as new. Inserts may be creased or torn (I will list defects if any)
OK = CD has a lot of marks but still plays as new but inserts may be damaged or missing (I will list defects if any)
Anything below these grades is worthless!
