1. First, if you are not ordering from the UK, check which ZONE your country is in for example Europe or Rest of the World.
2. Then look at the correct postage rates table below according to which zone your country is in and multiply the prices according to the formats you wish to purchase.
3. If you are still unsure on calculating the postage costs or you do not see your country listed, contact us and we'll calculate it for you.

POSTAGE INFORMATION
All items across the UK are sent SECOND CLASS unless weighing more than 1kg, and all foreign orders are always sent by AIRMAIL. If you would like to have insurance on your package, we can send your parcel RECORDED DELIVERY, which an additional £1.00 for the UK and £4.00 for overseas. We use top quality packaging for all sizes, including jiffy bags, padding, cardboard stiffeners, 7" and 12" mailers, and strong cardboard boxes.
Please remember that 12"s and LPs are much heavier to send than 7"s and CDs, therefore costing more to post.
All international orders are sent by 1st Class Airmail via the Royal Mail (if the order weighs less than 2kg), or by Parcel Force (if the order weighs more than 2kg).
Doubles count as 2 items (e.g. 2xLP = LP + LP) (Gatefold vinyl also counts as a Double)

Grading:
Dapa Records specializes in deleted and back catalogue vinyl. This generally implies that the majority of items in our stock are in used condition, simply because it is impossible to guarantee sourcing original items in brand new condition when they have long since been deleted or are out of print at the manufacturers. However, we do also stock items in brand new condition when we are lucky enough to source stock that is mint and has never been played. This may come from a number of sources such as warehouse and shop clearances or from collectors who never even open or play an item after purchase etc. Our records are graded in accordance with the recognized Goldmine grading system.
