Airmail Small Packet - Maximum weight per packet is about 6 LPs or 4 CDs. If you think your order will be too heavy for a single airmail small packet we would usually split the order to send in two packets as this is always a cheaper option than useing the International Standard rate.
Surface Mail - This option can save a lot of cash if its a large order, however delivery times to the United States, Asia, can take up to 8 weeks. Rates vary a lot. We will weigh the parcel before charging to ensure costs are kept to a minimum.
Within the UK the Standard Parcels sevice is a good option for large parcels, delivery is 3 to 5 days. We will weigh the parcel before charging to ensure costs are kept to a minimum.
All prices include the cost of purpose made packaging materials.
Some items such as heavy vinyl reissues or items with heavy inserts obviously weigh more, we reserve the right to charge the full amount for these items.
We reserve the right to charge for insurance cover on Orders with a value that exceeds the standard compensation level for lost or damaged parcels in transit. This can add £1.50 on orders within the UK
£4.00 or $9.00 on orders to all other countries.

Return Policy:
We guarantee all items as NEW EX or VG,unless stated otherwise. If you are not happy with any goods they can be returned with a full refund.

Backorder Policy:
Delivery Times.
Backordered UK & EU items takes about 2 weeks. Others up to 4 weeks. However some titles go in & out of print very quickly, we leave all these on the data base & only delete an item when we are sure there are none left, so occasionaly an order will take longer to arrive. Every attempt is made to keep the customer informed..
Pre-orders.
(orders for items not yet released) We will give you the expected date of release for the item on your order reply email, release dates to get put back though & we will make every effort to keep you informed.
Payment.
When paying by card transaction you will not be debited before the item is ready to mail to you & you will be informed when an order has been posted. Payment by post, if you send payment before an item has arrived it will not be banked before the item is ready to mail to you.
Cancelation Policy.
If for whatever reason you decide to cancel your order,you will recieve a email confirming the order has been cancelled.

Used Records are graded as per the UK RECORD COLLECTOR RARE RECORD PRICE GUIDE.However for all our items on MUSICSTACK all items are NEW EX or VG.
