Return Policy:
All items sold have been individually graded by ourselves, However if for any reason the customer is not entirely satisfied with the goods they may be Returned / Exchanged our a refund issued. In this situation the customers postage costs will be reimbursed, We must receive the returned goods within 14 days to honour this agreement.

Grading:
All our Records / CD`s / Cassettes / Videos etc have been carefuly graded using the standard guide lines set by Record Collector and Goldmine magazine. Typical gradings rage from Mint (M) to Good (G), However 75% of our items are in at least excellent (EX)condition. The fist grade refers to the Cover / Sleeve and the second grade refers to the Record or Disc itself.
