Conditions and Grading
Gradings are based solely on visual appearance. Music Library Finland is NOT a
record dealer. Please understand that older records may and do have scratches
and other marks. You will not find very many truly mint or excellent 30+ year old
records for a dollar or two. Our prices are set to raise money for Music Library
Finland operations rather than as a record dealer who may clean the record,
listen/grade it and then sell for a much higher price. That said, we will not
knowingly describe a heavily scratched record as "good" but cannot get into
vg++,vg-, vg +-+ on disk, label, cover, spindile or advise whether it was printed
on a Friday morning or Saturday afternoon. If we could the prices might be a lot
higher !

All quotes are uninsured: if you require a registered/tracked service this will be extra. Postage and packaging charges
for regular items shown below. Unfortunately Music Stack does not permit us to link to Music Library Finland's more
detailed table as it is on an external site but not something we can cut and paste without causing massive confusion! If
you have your own courier account for larger items this might work out cheaper and then there is a small €5
administration/packaging charge. We don't become rich from postage charges and we pay commission on the total sum
remitted to us, inclusive of postage.

NOTE: Currency Conversion via xe.com or Paypal's transfer value. CD jewel cases may be replaced by paper cases if
standard jewel case (any special built-in jewel cases are sent when available). Insurance (extra cost) may be required on
orders over EUR50, when sent to Italy or, of course, at buyer's request. LP/EP postage is per physical disk, some heavier
items may require more postage that can only be calculated on packaging. 10 inch and larger records cannot be sent by
"letter" rate through Finland Post. If parcels have to be split purely to save postage costs then an extra EUR2/package
fee shall be due.
Return Policy
Items are sent as the buyer's risk but we strongly recommend the use of a tracked service
such as registered airmail which is available for a small additional cost.
All items being sold are surplus to MUSIC LIBRARY FINLAND requirements and thus returns
are respectfully not offered. All funds raised shall benefit MUSIC LIBRARY FINLAND
operations.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT MUSIC LIBRARY FINLAND IS NOT A RECORD STORE AND THUS
CANNOT OFFER EXPERT GRADING BUT WORKS ON VISUAL GRADING OF MEDIA (AND
PRICING IS MADE ACCORDINGLY!). Items may benefit from a clean using a media cleaner.
Returns of significantly misdescribed items accepted. Under the distance selling
regulations Music Library FInland is not a business seller and all items are used unless
stated to the contrary.
Seller Information
All items must be paid for by cleared funds ahead of shipment. Buyers are recommended to
ask for insurance options. Any bank transfers must be certain that all fees are paid for by
sending party. Please review all line listings and policies carefully and take contact if anything
is unclear prior to a binding contract being made. Since we cannot change the postage costs
charged by Finland Post we can not negotiate postage costs, which are often more than the
media itself :( You are welcome to send own courier (DHL, etc) if it works out cheaper for you.
Customers in Finland can qualify for postage discount as EU pricing is set whether sent to
Helsinki or Hampton-in-Arden, England.
