We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any unopened title within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price with the exception of vinyl LP's. Vinyl LP's are non-refundable without a "return authorization number" (RA Number). Please contact us for an RA number should a vinyl product need to be returned to the warehouse. Please note: we cannot refund shipping and handling charges unless (1) we made an error with your order (2) the item was defective or (3) the product was damaged in shipping.
