Wow, I cannot believe another month has came and left us.........
Last month was indeed a great month with plenty of activity with Record Store Day and a whole lot of other finds that everyone else shared here on MusicStack. Thank you for your support and participation of this thread.........
I just wanted to give a big thanks to Brian for keeping this thread alive last week when I was briefly missing in action. May this thread continue to be kept alive by anyone and everyone that can participate by sharing their finds......
Thanks again Brian........
Well, to start off my week, I am going to be getting one very interesting record definitely off of the beaten path. I think a couple of you in here may already know what that might just be. I want to give both Brian and Onestep a great big thanks in their contributions of my research in the Canadian rock music scene of the 60's and 70's. In fact, both Brian and Onestep were inspirations for at least two out of my three purchases!
Here are my finds so far.............
1. Those Shocking Shaking Days: the untold story of Indonesia’s various underground 70s musical scenes.
2.Max Webster-S/T 1975 original Canadian pressing
3.Max Webster-High Class & Borrowed Shoes 1976 original Canadian pressing
4.Moxy-S/T first album. Canadian original from 1975, with the late great Tommy Bolin
I will be looking forward to hearing about any of your purchases you would like to share this week...........
And, as always, thank you for your support.

Here is a re-post from the first original thread, just in case anyone new may have missed this the first time around:
I am designing this thread to encourage everyone to discuss what their latest music purchases are. This is not just restricted to a specific format like CD, or vinyl. This can be about ANY CD, ANY vinyl, or ANY genre of music that you would like to discuss.
This discussion thread is also not just restricted to purchases on Music Stack either. If you would like to share with all of us what music you purchased at any place other than Music Stack, you can likewise share those too. When you post, share your thoughts, or maybe how the music sounds to you. It can be good, or bad.
I felt the need to create this thread just out of the sheer delight of music for music's sake. I also created this thread to engage everybody in a civil conversation about the music they love, and what it means to them. I just thought it would be fun to explore each others musical tastes. If we perhaps get turned on to something new that we would have never thought of trying before, then the ultimate goal of this thread has served it's purpose.
From time to time, I notice that when new things here get posted, the old posts are relegated to the bottom of this forum's page, eventually ending up on the next page as forgotten. My main goal will be to keep this thread alive as long as I possibly can! I will be re-posting this thread from time to time, ensuring that there will be a place where everyone can come to freely talk about music purchases. May this also encourage more friendships between ourselves in the Music Stack discussions forum.
I would love to hear what any of you have to share concerning your finds. If not Music Stack, then maybe perhaps another place where you found that nice piece you have on your want list, or otherwise.
Any input you would like to contribute will be great! Hope to hear from you all soon!! Thanks guys..........
I'll mention a couple of mine - I'm still mostly catching up on some old vinyl that I missed the first time around.
Rod Stewart - Atlantic Crossing
Bad Company - Straight Shooter
Amazing Rhythm Aces - Toucan Do It Too
U2 - R.O.K. 12" single "Fire"
Bruce Springsteen - The Seeger Sessions
