I had a pretty good trip on Friday. I went to two record shops that day, along with one antique shop, and ended the day on the wharf with clam chowder in bread bowl and beer on the beach, whilst watching the sunset. Nice indeed.........

Now, for the best part, the vinyl records finds from that day! Here you go as follows..........

Backstreet Crawler-The Band Plays On (great overlooked Bluesy Hard Rock w/Paul Kossof from Free. Classic!)
Blackfoot-Tomcattin' (original)
Bonzo Dog Band-Keynsham (original)
Jackson Browne-For Everyman (self explanatory. Singer/Songwriter classic!)
Jeff Buckley-Grace (reissue)
Canned Heat-Hallelujah (original)
Dinosaur Jr.-Green Mind (reissue of classic underground Indie Rock)
The Guess Who-Share The Land (U.S. original)
Heart-Dog & The Butterfly (common shit. Self explanatory!)
Ian Hunter-Self Titled (original)
Gordon Lightfoot-Sundown (original)
Nick Lowe-Pure Pop For The Now People (classic Power Pop at it's finest!)
Steve Miller Band-Children Of The Future (classic original in gatefold sleeve!)
Lee Michaels-Self Titled (2nd. pressing)
New York Dolls-Self Titled (reissue)
Mike Oldfield-Tubular Bells (original)
Poobah-Let Me In (This is basically a reissue of an indie/privately pressed Hard Rock album from 1972, reissued as a two record set, including unreleased tracks! Wholeheartedly recommended and a killer album!)
Primus-Frizzle Fry (reissue)
Primus-Sailing The Seas Of Cheese (reissue)
R.E.M.-Murmur (self explanatory. Early Alternative/Pop/Rock classic!)
Stephen Stills-Self Titled (original)
Stone Axe-Self Titled (killer Stoner Hard Rock/Metal band from 2010 with this indie record label release! Highly recommended!)
T. Rex-Tanx (reissue)
U2-Boy (original)
U2-War (original)
U2-The Unforgettable Fire (original)
Whitesnake-Saints & Sinners (original)
The Who-Sell Out (original from 1968 on the U.S. Decca Records label)
Wolf People-Steeple (excellent modern U.K. Psych/Acid Rock from 2010 on the independent Jajaguar records indie label! Good Stuff!)
The Young Rascals-Self Titled (original 1st. self titled debut from 1965! Killer R&R album in glorious mono!)

Well Brian, as you can see, I kinda outdid myself a little bit so far this month. This is what I have for right now, as I have been playing catch up on record finds this month due to a long absence from vinyl spending, and hey, when there are sales on both used and new sealed vinyl, how can you pass those deals up? With that said, there may be a little more coming this month, so stay tuned.......

Cool Brian, keep me posted on how the show goes. Btw, I might be leaving town just 20 minutes away to purchase some more albums at an antique shop. More $3-5.00 LP's! Can't wait! I have been on a spend frenzy lately!

Btw Brian, the album from my list of finds up above that I recommended "wholeheartedly" was the band called "Poobah", and their album entitled, "Let Me In". Killer underground Hard Rock private pressing from 1972............
