Looks like "The Purple Idiot" strikes again......it's well known that anything that "prince" is attached to, either written wise or production wise, he usually gets his mob friends to do something about it,it's also well known that "prince" has payed people to surf "the net" for anything that has to do with him and remove it or suddenly make it disappear, this would including his products,"prince" is using his mob boys, i guess to get control anyway he can....
welcome to 2009

Prince is well known for his excessive greed and MusicStack doesn't allow any Prince items to be listed because he has threatened to prosecute anyone selling his product.

If Prince Has the Power to do this, than what artist will be next to threaten "the used cd & vinyl market"
i wish someone would stick little "prince" in a pickle jar and send him to the moon.....or better yet another universe
If he gets away with bullying the fans and the "used" market than more artists will decide to follow, all about control and what your "allowed" to have i guess

Hi guys, thanks for all the information. I didn't know all this beforehand about Prince and his control over the sale of his used stuff. But what about Ebay? There are many used Prince items listed for sale..

You can list your items on Ebay, as well as GEMM.com, and Netsounds.com ( a UK portal similar to Musicstack and GEMM). Gemm is located in California.
Brother Dave is playing it close to the vest, but in all frankness Prince isn't going to go looking for
small fry resellers. It is a smokescreen. After all YOU Bought it once. Legally you may sell it again.
FYI - Warren Zevon is also doing the same thing so don't try to upload on Musicstack, but Ditto above where you may sell.
Hope that helps,
Brother Chad
