Time Frames for Processing Orders
In order to remain active on the system as a seller we expect you to respond to buyers in a reasonable time frame.
To make sure this happens (and buyers are not left waiting endlessly) we have maximum time frames set up so you must respond back to a buyer. If these times frames are not met your ability to receive new orders gets turned off (until you respond to the buyer).
E-mail Questions - 5 Days to respond.
New Orders - 5 Days until a status of some sort must be marked (available, not available, shipped, etc).
Open Orders (in stock items) - 60 days to either mark the order has Shipped or Cancel the order.
Open Orders (order on demand items) - 120 days to either mark the order has Shipped or Cancel the order.
