Star Ratings
Star ratings are calculated using formulas based on weighted averages of the following seller statisics (listed in order or most importance to lowest): fill rate, time to ship, time till first customer contact and feedback ratings.
In short, the better your seller statisics are, the higher your star rating will be.
The only way to get a better star rating is to provide better service. Improve upon the above seller statisics and your rating will go up.
