Mistakes in updating order status
If you make a mistake and mismark an orders status and soon thereafter catch the mistake and would like to change the status of an order, you can often times change the status of the order on the detailed order screen by just selecting the proper status from the drop down menus and click UPDATE.
If the order is locked and will not allow you to change the status, you can then use the RESET ORDER feature that is located on the main orders page to reset the order back to the original NEW ORDER status, and then process the order over again.
Note: resetting an order will not reset the seller statistics for that order
