MusicStack is a collection of thousands of record stores all at one web site. These different stores compete against each other on price and selection.
When you buy on MusicStack, you are not buying from MusicStack, but instead from the individual seller that advertises on MusicStack.
Each seller is responsible for their own customer service and shipping of goods. If you have a problem or need a question answered, you must contact the seller, not MusicStack.
MusicStack just runs the web software that makes searching and shopping from thousands of record stores at once possible.
