Jamison Parker sounds like a cheesy stage name, but it's really the duo of Jamison Covington (vocals, guitar) and Parker Case (bass, drums, vocals) who met after exchanging demos via mail. A tongue in cheek sensibility and wordplay make light of bad relationship angst. "You remind me of a song I used to love," Covington sings on "Your Song," and "You are the girl who made love a four letter word" on "Biting Bullets." It's enough to whet the appetite for next year's full-length release. PJ GACH Read More CLASS="grey">(October 28, 2003)
